We've mentioned it a few times now, but we really are proud of our Q!Network of Associate Consultants. We've carefully hand-picked each one based on their location, skills, specialisms, experiences, (both in the quality world and in wider business), not to mention their conversational prowess and sense of humour. They're a friendly bunch who come armed with all kinds of know-how and how to apply it to our clients either on a solo assignment or working with each other on a bigger project.

Some may say we're after a unicorn but we know that's not true. We've already found many of these so-called mythical creatures roaming around the fringes of the corporate wasteland and brought them in to the QFactorial pastures green (is this metaphor getting too much now?). Whether you be a unicorn or a bonefide human, you'll be in good company by joining us as an Associate Consultant.
Working alongside us can be as hands on, or off, as you like. We're not your employer but we do still try to look after you where possible - we show our love for a job well done by passing on client testimonials, giving you a shout out on LinkedIn, etc. We understand life sometimes throws a right curve ball and we roll with these punches with you. We're big on communication so you'll find one of our team will check in with you whilst on assignment and make sure all is well and, if you ever need a hand with something on the job, we're right there to bounce ideas or put you in touch with another member of the team who may be able to assist. We can even discuss a finders-fee if you decide to bring some business our way. When we say we work in partnership with our consultants, we really do mean it.
