Achilles Verify QRM Working Group
As company representative on the Achilles Verify Group for the Norwegian and Danish sectors of the North Sea oil and gas industry, a hands-on contribution was made to the development of the Quality Risk Management (QRM) audit scheme.
One of the major challenges was to integrate the QRM (ISO 9001) requirements with the pre-existing HSE requirements (NORSOK-S-001). A broader contribution to the work of the Achilles Verify Committee included oversight of the audit programme, approving auditors, directing the audit programme manager and monitoring the standard of audits and reports.
