Building an International Quality Organization
Following the company’s FTSE floatation, the CEO of the Engineering & Construction Division required expert input to re-structure and strengthen the global Quality team to achieve a step change in quality performance.
This involved recruiting BMS, QA and QC managers, principal auditors, project quality managers, engineers, IT specialists, coordinators, administrators and graduates. New teams were established in Woking (UK), Sharjah, Mumbai, Chennai and Moscow. The result was a strong, independent, global Quality organization with the capability to support rapid business growth and change.
