Global Process Safety Training Programme
With process safety high on the corporate agenda, a global training programme was required to raise awareness of its importance at all levels.
The assignment included project management, training needs analysis, selecting and engaging consultants, training design, and delivery to targeted audiences (e.g. Drilling, Operations, Senior Management, Supervisors). The programme was based on four pillars of risk-based process safety and included hands-on production of an introductory DVD in eight languages.
