This joint venture between Maunsell and Parsons Brinckerhoff specialized in railway systems design, primarily for Railtrack and LUL.
A consultant was required to help the company develop a quality and safety management system to meet railway industry standards. Working alongside the MD and the Quality Manager, a fully integrated system was established and implemented.
