ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Water Asset Management
This client came to us as a start-up business offering project management and consulting services in water asset management. The directors had established a fast-track schedule to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification.
We carried out a gap assessment, identified the minimum required documentation, re-aligned this to fit the company’s way of working and captured the results in a Quality Manual that would meet the twin objectives of readability and auditability. Stage 1 approval of the Quality Manual was received on the day of submission and work progressed immediately towards the Stage 2 audit, supporting the client with process reviews, document templates, tracking spreadsheets, the first internal audit and the first management review. Certification to ISO 9001:2015 was achieved within six months of project initiation.
