ISO 9001 Certification for Building Services Consultancy
This small building services consultancy operation required a documented management system to meet their specific business needs and obtain ISO 9001 certification.
Working with the senior management team and the quality representative, the project was run along the lines of “let’s develop what we need to run our business, and by the way, please ensure we fill any gaps against ISO 9001 as we go along”. The core scope included design, sub-contracting, inspection, installation, commissioning, condition-monitoring and project management. Certification was achieved and celebrated in some style.
