ISO 9001 Gap Analysis and Closure
A global firm of consulting engineers engaged in major infrastructure projects – roads, bridges, railways, airports – had initiated quality programs in its New York, Singapore and Madrid offices.
The programs were being developed locally with minimal direction or guidance from the centre. In a series of site visits, the consultant prepared and presented reports on the program status in each location, including recommendations for improvement and ISO 9001 gap closure. Feedback was extremely positive and the consultant achieved 15 minutes of fame as the company’s “ISO 9001 Guru”!
