ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Lenders Technical Advisors
This small consultancy firm specializes in providing technical advice to lenders throughout the life of construction projects, from proposal through financial closure, due diligence, construction monitoring and operations monitoring. Responding to client demand for ISO 9001 certification in the rail sector, a combined gap report and action plan was prepared to define an effective but low burden business management system addressing both quality and safety.
The system was designed and implemented within three months. Deliverables included process mapping, quality and safety policies, objectives, KPIs, BMS Manual, procedures, skills matrix, audit and review programme, action tracker, internal audits and management reviews.
