Merger of Corporate Management Systems
Following the merger of M&M into the PB group, there was a need to restructure and extend the management system to include new operations in the UK, Switzerland and Spain.
A new Management Policy Manual and corporate procedures were written and implemented in all European offices. The project also included development of a sub-consultant database with workflow processes for evaluation and performance management. A team of 15 quality managers and representatives was established to continue the implementation and improvement work.
