Paperless Management Systems
Although shop-floor operations were widely computerized, office administration activities were largely paper-based.
After a crash-course in MS Access database programming, this project included the design and introduction of paperless management systems for: supplier evaluation, document control, training, health & safety, accident reporting, improvement projects, audit management, action tracking, risk assessment, complaint management and control of nonconformities.
