We reviewed Project Merchandise’s ISO 14068 report against the standard’s requirements, assessing whether it met the necessary criteria for carbon neutrality claims. We gave direct feedback on the contents, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, then produced a findings and recommendations report the client could act on themselves. This was a document review only, not a recalculation of their emissions data, respecting the client’s preference to keep primary ownership of their own compliance work while getting genuine, independent assurance.
