Kevin is the mastermind behind Q! and, by his own admission, it’s his fourth child. He spent years watching good businesses get stuck with bad management systems before deciding to do something about it. Expert strategist, genuine quality zealot and prog rock enthusiast. He personally rescued the rest of the team from corporate land. They are mostly grateful.

Di is the keeper of the peace at Q!HQ. Payroll, purchasing, payments and everything that makes it possible for the rest of the team to focus on client work without the admin falling apart. Without Di, Q!HQ would descend into chaos within approximately forty-eight hours. She has a lifelong love affair with bees, which is why the Bumblebee Conservation Trust is our main company charity.

Harriet runs the brand, marketing and day-to-day operations of Q!HQ, and also oversees charity partnerships, ethics, sustainability and B Corp certification. She will have a TED talk on an obscure historical fact ready before you have finished asking. Also the person responsible for the fact that this website exists and doesn’t embarrass anyone.

Conrad is our sales and networking guru, the reason the right consultants end up on the right projects and the person making sure clients know what is happening and when. Runs on caffeine. Plays golf badly and the guitar considerably worse. Tells the most awful dad jokes in recorded history and is completely unapologetic about all of it.

Zarli supports research, social media, process improvement and Q!MS development. The analytical backbone of Q!HQ and the person most likely to have already found the answer before the question has been fully asked.
