We put ourselves through the same rigorous process we ask of clients, came out with a verified score of 96.9 and are proud members of a community that believes doing the right thing should be the standard, not the exception. As an ISO consultancy, it would be strange if we did not hold ISO 9001 ourselves. Our certificate is awarded by BSI, backed by UKAS accreditation, and forms a key part of our governance. External checks keep everyone honest. Including us. Especially us.

We started measuring and reporting our ESG impacts because if something matters to us, it should be visible and verifiable. That includes the areas where we are still working on it. Good news only reports are not really our style.

Being an SME that consults for other SMEs means we understand the choppy waters because we have been there ourselves, we live it and breathe it with you. We are also a Living Wage accredited employer, because fair pay is not optional.

Charities & Causes

We have been a proud sponsor of Basingstoke Pride since its inaugural march in 2024 and continue to support them with donations and time. The Bumblebee Conservation Trust is our main company charity, thanks to our director’s lifelong love affair with them and their vital importance to existence. We also support the work of the Trussell Trust and the Woodland Trust.

University Partnerships

We work with the University of Portsmouth Business School on live consultancy projects that connect students with real business challenges. They get proper hands-on experience. We get fresh thinking that has fed directly into our own strategy. We have also branched out into internships to further support students making their way into the world of business.

Giving time where it matters

We take on pro bono and low-fee work with organisations doing important things on limited budgets. Same quality of thinking, same standards, considerably shorter invoice. If you think you might qualify, just ask. The worst we can say is not right now.
