We rebooted the stalled project with a fresh risk assessment, stripping the ISMS back to what the business needed and cutting documentation by 80%. As the company became part of the Axians and Vinci Energies family, we kept the quarterly assurance programme running through the change. When the 2022 revision landed, we ran a fresh gap assessment and split the gap-closure workload between our consultant and the client’s own team to hit the transition deadline together.
