Rawstone Consulting is a boutique, home-based sustainability consultancy. They came to us for a straightforward ISO 9001 gap assessment ahead of certification.
We saw an opportunity to make the assessment do double duty: structuring it as their first internal audit, and setting them up with an action tracker modelled on our own, so they could close the gaps themselves.

We then built them an action tracker modelled on our own, so they had a clear, structured way to close every gap themselves. As a boutique, home-based consultancy ourselves, we recognised their working pattern and constraints first-hand, which shaped our approach throughout. Rawstone took the output and closed the gaps independently, going on to achieve ISO 9001 certification for their sustainability consultancy business.
