Years of over-reliance on a previous consultant had left them with a QMS built for someone else’s business, so we were brought in to reclaim ownership for Insignia and make the system theirs again.

We redefined Insignia’s operational meetings and procedures, then coached and developed their own people to work confidently within a rewritten QMS built specifically around how the business operates day to day. Rather than imposing yet another inherited template on top of the last one, we facilitated the leadership team through the whole process step by step, so it became their system by the time we finished, not ours to maintain for them.
