Infrata provides lenders’ technical advisory services on major infrastructure projects from offices in the UK and overseas.
What started as a straightforward ISO 9001 project grew into a longer-term relationship moving on from certification, into process streamlining and a full study into automating the business management system to suit the particular challenges of a consultants who are constantly travelling and working in far-flung and diverse office and site locations.

We began by building the BMS and achieving ISO 9001 certification, then kept adapting the toolkit as Infrata’s processes changed and grew year on year. A later engagement replaced traditional form-filling with a Slimline BMS built around structured email, cutting paperwork while keeping every process fully demonstrable. Later, we ran a full study into cloud-based automation options, delivering structured, justified recommendations for where the business management system goes next.
