We built a business-friendly management system entirely from scratch, and Veriflo achieved ISO 9001 certification within six months, maintaining it unaided for years without any further consultancy support at all. When they returned as a more mature, growing business, we extended the scope to cover HSE and supported their Achilles approval, evolving into a new role as Veriflo’s compliance partner, providing independent audit and review on a quarterly basis. More recently, we have re-engaged with their spin-out training provider, Gold Tap Training, as they commenced the same compliance journey.
