RPD International (now RPDK) turns product ideas into reality, designing, testing and setting up manufacturing and supply chains for consumer and industrial clients across multiple markets.
Bigger clients and growing medical device interest meant RPD needed to prove its quality credentials fast, and prove them again for every new product and territory that followed.

Approach taken
We started with a leadership workshop and built a bespoke toolkit so RPD’s team could shape the system themselves. The whole BMS was captured in a single, conversational PowerPoint document, meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 without losing RPD’s culture. Once certified, we stayed on as an embedded quality and regulatory partner, building the compliance analysis for each new product and territory, UK, EU, US and Australia. Quarterly internal audits ensured the fast-track stayed on track, and compliance was built-in rather than bolted on.
